Simple integration in controllers

edgeML is available as an app for Weidmüller's open operating system u-OS and can be conveniently installed via the App Manager. In addition, edgeML is available as a Docker container and can therefore be installed on third-party hardware.

Intuitive operation and management of ML models

edgeML supports MLOps and can therefore be easily integrated into company processes. In addition, the runtime allows the models to be operated intuitively (e.g. through import and administration functions).

Supports ML models in ONNX format

In addition to models created with Weidmüller's ModelBuilder, edgeML also allows the execution of ML models in the open ONNX standard.

Easy and flexible ML integration into automation

High flexibility: Deploy hardware- and OS-agnostic ML models

With edgeML, machine or process experts can quickly and easily put ML models into practical use. The models can be conveniently managed and executed using the integrated web server. The model results provide detailed insight into the condition of the machine. This information can be used, for example, to optimise maintenance intervals and improve product quality. In this way, edgeML makes a significant contribution to increasing production efficiency.

PROCON-Connect as an interface for edgeML

PROCON-Connect enables users to easily acquire and pre-process machine data and make it available to edgeML in a standardised form.

The configuration is conveniently carried out in the browser on its own web server via an intuitive UI with extensive project management functions. Programming skills are not required.

The product combination makes it possible to collect historical data for modelling with ModelBuilder. At the same time, PROCON-Connect can serve as an interface to the system alongside REST APIs.
