The determination of CO2 emissions is closely linked to the topic of energy management. Mapping energy flows forms the basis for assessing a company's energy efficiency and carbon footprint. The application of ResMa® is multifaceted and includes, among other things, the use as energy management software according to DIN EN ISO 50001, as process optimization based on production data as well as the integration possibility of a process visualization/HMI and a data provision for external evaluation possibilities such as AI-tools.
In the area of normalisation of key figures in accordance with ISO 50006, regression analysis is used in the context of energy management to demonstrate the effectiveness of optimisation measures. Interfering factors and their influence are first determined and then eliminated in the evaluation.

edgeML makes it possible to integrate ML models into automation in a particularly easy and flexible way – regardless of the hardware. The tool uses machine learning to continuously and efficiently monitor systems or processes directly at the machine. The Docker-based solution is hardware-independent and enables simple, flexible integration of ONNX-based ML models into automation.
