PROCON-Connect - Simple acquisition, pre-processing and communication of data

PROCON-Connect enables a wide range of data- and service-orientated industrial IoT use cases. The connections to controllers, databases and the interfaces to other software solutions are conveniently configured in the browser.

n addition to the extensive driver portfolio for connecting controllers, PROCON-Connect relies on industry-compatible standards (e.g. InfluxDB) and makes it possible to use the machine and energy data in Weidmüller solutions ResMa® and easyConnect, among others, or to send it directly to other cloud solutions via MQTT.

PROCON-Connect can be completely parameterised in the browser at runtime. In addition to the intuitive UI, extensive project management functions, such as the import and export of created projects, support you in the realisation of your applications.

Collect and utilise power and machine data intelligently with PROCON-Connect

PROCON-Connect enables the acquisition of energy and machine data from different controllers, energy meters and OPC-UA servers, for example. The data collected in this way can then be pre-processed directly in the app and stored in databases such as InfluxDB, for example. In addition, the data can be sent to the cloud via MQTT or used in ResMa® in the context of energy management.

Condition monitoring made easy with PROCON-Connect

With PROCON-Connect, you can implement condition monitoring solutions flexibly and future-proof – both in new (greenfield) and existing (brownfield) applications. Thanks to a wide range of integrated communication drivers, you have quick access to all relevant machine data such as temperature, vibration, current consumption or pressure.

The recorded data can be reliably stored in databases and is thus available for detailed analyses and long-term evaluations. Alternatively, machine data can be transferred securely and efficiently in cloud environments using standardised protocols such as MQTT. This paves the way for higher-level applications such as predictive maintenance, data visualisation and AI-supported optimisations.
