2024: Change of managing director
After 37 years, company founder Achim Schreck hands over the management of Weidmüller GTI Software GmbH to his successor Julien Rausch.
2023: 5 year anniversary
We can look back on 5 successful years as Weidmüller GTI Software, during which we were able to successfully continue our growth course despite the difficult economic situation and uncertain geopolitical developments.
2021: Weidmüller and Weidmüller GTI Software combine software competence
To better address the requirements of the Industrial IoT and to fully live up to the claim of being an “enabler from data to value” in the area of software, Weidmüller and GTI Software have combined forces in a pure software business unit.
2018: Weidmüller GTI Software GmbH
The Weidmüller Group acquires a majority stake in software experts GTI-Control and GTI-Process. In future, the specialist for web HMI will operate under the name Weidmüller GTI Software GmbH.
1993: GTI Software goes international
Due to the global distribution of the machines, PROCON-WIN is distributed on all continents and runs in various languages.
1988: First HMI solution
The first prototype of a simple HMI solution is presented at the Hanover Trade Fair.
1987: Company foundation GTI
Three employees found GTI to develop technical software for industry with a focus on services.
