In the future, I see UX as a central theme of all products with user interfaces. Processes and applications are becoming more and more complicated due to their possibilities, and in order to make them accessible to everyone, good usability and UX are essential.
Behind the term "usability" lies the goal of making the operation of interactive products intuitive, easy to learn and thus efficient. Machine operation on "human machine interfaces" (HMI) should be fun, motivate the user and convey a positive feeling. This so-called "user experience" describes a positive user experience that the user experiences when operating a product. With a simpler, more intuitive use of machines and software products, training times can be reduced and the deployment of employees can be made more efficient.
